The Integrity and Compliance Manual (hereinafter referred to as the "Manual") is the principle-based guidelines provided by Sinochem Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinochem") for business operation and management practices and employee behaviors. It is designed to guide employees to perform their duties with standardized behaviors and in accordance with higher ethical standards, and help the company and employees carry out operation and management activities in a lawful and compliant manner. The Manual is applicable to all employees of Sinochem, members of the board of directors, and other personnel engaged in various work on behalf of (acting for) Sinochem or in the name of Sinochem.
Sennics is a member company of Sinochem International, and Sinochem is the actual controller of Sinochem International. Sennics should follow the principles of integrity and compliance, and behave in alignment with the relevant provisions of the Manual.
